Knürr Technical Furniture products impress with top quality and ergonomics

Emerson Network Power will be represented with Knürr Technical Furniture at this year's Process Automation, held 4 to 8 April in Hanover. The technical furniture specialists will present their holistic control room equipment at stand A51 in hall 11. In addition to an electronic workstation, the key focus of the trade fair appearance will also be on products from the Knürr Synergy family, plus a mobile equipment trolley. With the new electronic workstation the experts now offer a solution that is optimally adjusted to the operator's requirements. The workstation features a 30 mm worktop and the new HoTec equipment carrier. Thanks to an LED pedestal light, it also ensures glare-free illumination of equipment and the desktop itself. An accompanying LED magnifying lamp completes the solution, while also making it especially user-friendly. Tried, tested and proven products from the Knürr Synergy range will also be exhibited in Hanover: the Knürr Synergy Console impresses here with both its appealing design and its functional strong points. Both the electric variable height-adjusted version and the height-fixed version are perfect for optimum working conditions: in addition to plenty of space for technical components and cable integration, both workstations provide an ergonomic monitor connection, which guarantees optimum viewing distances. The spacious technical pedestal, where equipment can be stowed away, also guarantees plenty of legroom and comfort. Further benefits include, for example, the cable tray under the worktop and other integrated special features for housing socket strips and switches, for example. "The consoles were specially developed on the basis of the latest occupational health research and findings, and are predestined for use in process automation, and therefore in control rooms," explains Gerhard Buchbauer, General Manager at Emerson Network Power/Knürr Technical Furniture, pointing out that comfortable environments are especially important for efficiency in 24-hour shift work in particular. The experts will also present the Knürr Synergy Wall monitor wall as an additional highlight. Thanks to an intelligent rail system this solution allows public displays and LCD monitors of almost every size to be quickly and easily hung on. A generously dimensioned cable management system in the side panels and cross rails are also already integrated here as standard. The modular setup means the control room furniture can be easily upgraded and extended with Knürr Synergy components at all times. The Knürr Metramobile ESD, which will be set up at the trade fair stand, also guarantees top quality and ergonomics. The components installed without restriction make it a frequently used basis for customized equipment trolley solutions. With the exhibition of this broad portfolio, Emerson Network Power/Knürr Technical Furniture once again provides an all-encompassing overview of the optimum equipment for control rooms and control consoles.
